A celebration of aviation, automobiles, and community – all in support of future aviators.

On Saturday, August 23, the skies and streets meet at Wings & Wheels 2025, presented by the Kelowna Flying Club. From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, the airside at Kelowna International Airport will come alive with an unforgettable display of classic and contemporary cars, aircraft, helicopters, gliders, motorcycles, and more – all against the spectacular backdrop of the KF Centre for Excellence.

This year, the event is taking things to new heights. Your visit includes complimentary entry to the KF Centre for Excellence, where you can explore our interactive aviation exhibits, discover Canada’s rich aviation history, and see some of the incredible aircraft that call Kelowna home.

At the KF Centre for Excellence, we believe in bringing people together through shared experiences that celebrate the spirit of flight and inspire the next generation of aviators. Wings & Wheels is more than an event – it’s a gathering that connects our community to the aviation industry while raising vital funds for the YLW Scholarship Fund. These scholarships help local students pursue careers in aviation and aerospace, building the skilled workforce of our industry needs to soar.

From the craftsmanship of classic cars to the innovation of modern aircraft, Wings & Wheels 2025 brings together the best of both the road and the sky. It’s a day for car enthusiasts, aviation fans, and families alike to connect, explore, and be inspired.

Admission is free but optional donations are gratefully accepted with proceeds to the YLW Scholarship Fund, supporting local aviation and aerospace students studying in the Okanagan.
Event parking is available onsite with shuttle service to the event site. However, due to limited space, attendees are encouraged to take transit or alternative forms of transportation.
