We are looking for a Guest Services Representative Lead to help guide our front-of-house team and support the day-to-day visitor experience at the Centre.

This part-time leadership role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting a small team, and being part of a welcoming, community-focused aviation environment. You’ll play a key role in overseeing front desk operations, coordinating tours and volunteers, and ensuring guests feel supported from the moment they arrive.

What to expect:

  • Part-time role, typically 32 hours per week (Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm)

  • Hourly wage range of $21.03–$26.24, based on experience

  • Leadership responsibilities with hands-on customer service

  • No aviation experience required, an interest in aviation is a plus
