October 1–2, 2025 | Kelowna, BC

The KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence is proud to host the Canadian Wildfire Conference 2025 Kelowna, a two-day national event dedicated to advancing aerial and ground wildfire suppression.

Bringing together industry leaders, government agencies, suppliers, and communities, the conference offers a platform for collaboration at a time when Canada faces unprecedented wildfire challenges. Expanded into two full days for 2025, the program features education sessions, a trade show with leading technologies and services, and a static display of firefighting vehicles and aircraft.

Why the Canadian Wildfire Conference 2025 Kelowna matters

Hosting this conference reflects our mission to connect aviation and community in meaningful ways. With Kelowna and the Okanagan directly impacted by wildfires, we’re honoured to provide a space where pilots, firefighters, chiefs, government leaders, and innovators can share knowledge, explore new strategies, and strengthen Canada’s wildfire response.

What to expect at the Canadian Wildfire Conference

Conference sessions will cover key topics including interoperability, procurement, workforce capacity, attack strategies, government policy, and the latest products and services shaping wildfire suppression. Attendees will also connect with suppliers and see innovations on display.
