We’re proud to spotlight the next generation of innovators through the UBC Okanagan Engineering Capstone Showcase & Competition on Friday, April 10, 2026 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Each year, graduating engineering students from UBC Okanagan bring their ideas to life through capstone projects that tackle real-world challenges. From concept to creation, these projects represent months of research, design, testing, and collaboration – an impressive culmination of their academic journey.
This event offers a unique opportunity for the public, industry partners, and aspiring young learners to experience innovation up close. Attendees can explore a wide range of student-led projects spanning disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and manufacturing engineering – many of which have direct applications in aviation, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
The KF Centre for Excellence will be OPEN to the public all day from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
