This legendary plane, a cornerstone of aviation history, has undergone a stunning restoration and fresh paint scheme to honour its legacy. This is just the beginning – big plans are underway for an exciting double anniversary celebration in 2026! We’ll be marking 40 years since Expo 86 in Vancouver, BC, which embraced the theme “World in Motion. World in Touch.” and showcased groundbreaking technological advancements. At the same time, we’ll honour almost 90 years since the legendary DC-3 first took flight, celebrating its lasting impact on aviation history.
