This national initiative aims to promote gender balance and inclusivity in aviation, with a special focus on empowering women and underrepresented groups to soar to new heights. Through interactive exhibits, mentorship, and firsthand stories from industry professionals, attendees discovered the many rewarding opportunities the aviation world has to offer.
